Keith Garry - Managing Director

Since establishing Peak Performance Recruitment in 2008, Keith cemented his reputation within the aviation leasing community as an expert in his field with excellent industry knowledge, distinguished clients and candidate network.  Keith has over 10 years recruitment and executive search experience with a proven track record in the recruitment of senior and highly specialised positions in Europe and worldwide. 

Prior to establishing this company Keith managed the finance division of an international recruitment company in Ireland and previously in Wellington, New Zealand. His recruitment career began in 2000 in the IT industry and survived the dotcom boom and bust. He is the proud father of 2 boys who like to keep him busy at the local beach. His interests outside the family include enjoying an active outdoor lifestyle.

Oonagh Garry - Director

Oonagh has broad experience delivering programmes across a range of public and private sector organisations in the fields of climate change, energy efficiency and funding. 

She has extensive experience of managing teams, delivering projects, financial planning and streamlining processes and procedures.  In her previous role as Programme Manager for the Sustainable Authority of Ireland, she was responsible for the delivery of the business support programme which helped 600 SMEs to reduce their energy costs.  Oonagh is responsible for the operational and financial side of the business.

Barry Long - Senior Consultant

Barry is a graduate of University College Cork and has spent the last 20 years working in training, development and the recruitment industries.  Barry’s previous role was Business Development Manager and Training Co-ordinator for a leading Irish training company. In this role, Barry was responsible for both new business as well as oversight of training execution ensuring high standards of delivery. Barry has a keen interest in people development and a proven track record leading teams and coordinating some of the largest training projects in the country. He has also delivered recruitment drives for some of Ireland’s leading multinational IT companies sourcing quality people from across the globe.

He is a highly organised and effective member of the Peak Performance Team and brings excellent business acumen, organisational knowledge and customer service to both client and candidate discussions.

Richael Gosling - Consultant

Richael is a graduate of Dundalk Institute of Technology and joined the Peak Performance team in 2011.  With 15 years’ specialist recruitment experience, complemented by a strong background in sales and customer relations, she is a highly motivated and organised professional with proven skills in people management, communication and teamwork. Previously, Richael was employed as a sales manager for a distribution company where she successfully managed and coordinated the Irish sales team.

Sarah-Jane Gaffney - Snr Consultant

Sarah-Jane is a graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology and joined Peak Performance in 2023. She has over 10 years experience in Sales and Business Development, Consultation, Customer Relationship Management, New Media and Market Research within the Travel and Digital Advertising industries. She has a high level of passion and professionalism towards her career and is always committed and conscientious in any project she is working on in order to meet customer expectations and ensure customer success and satisfaction. Previously, Sarah-Jane was working for a large multinational travel company where she managed a high volume of accounts across the EMEA Market.

Sarah-Jane joins the team as a Recruitment Consultant to serve the talent needs of our Aircraft Parts, Tear Down and MRO customers.

Jack McKay - Consultant

Jack is a graduate of University College Dublin (BA, Sociology & Social Policy) and masters graduate in MSc in Marketing & Entrepreneurship at Dundalk Institute of Technology. He brings hands-on experience across customer-facing roles, where he developed strong organisational skills, and a calm, professional approach to service.

A highly motivated and cooperative team player, Jack has led social media initiatives for his local GAA club - and recently completed a masters-level thesis focused on marketing strategy and brand management. Passionate about Gaelic Games, he balances academic achievement with sport and volunteer commitments, and brings the same energy and attention to detail to client and candidate work at Peak Performance.

Colm joins our Aircraft Leasing & Aviation Finance division, where he partners with lessors, financiers, investors, and airlines across the global aviation market.
