Happy St Brigids Day - Thoughts from Richael

It’s St. Brigid’s Eve, and while most are getting ready to enjoy the long weekend here in Ireland, I’m taking a moment to thank my brilliant candidates and clients who keep things running smoothly in our world of aircraft leasing.
I’m feeling extra grateful today, especially after receiving this lovely bouquet for successfully placing a candidate in their dream job! It’s little moments like these that make the hustle of aircraft leasing recruitment all worth it.
Recruitment’s a lot like a flight—there’s the endless waiting, chance of some turbulence along the way, but when you finally land that perfect candidate, it feels like you’ve hit the jackpot and there’s never a dull moment! ha ha
