We're delighted to welcome new additions to the Peak Performance Recruitment team as we continue to expand our specialist aviation recruitment practice.
Colm Cunningham
Colm joins our Aircraft Leasing & Aviation Finance division, where he partners with lessors, financiers, investors, and airlines across the global aviation market. With over five years of international recruitment experience specialising in executive search, Colm has built a reputation for delivering a relationship-driven approach and helping businesses build high-performing teams. His background across recruitment, business development, sales, and account management, combined with his passion for people and talent acquisition, enables him to connect exceptional professionals with leading organisations across the aviation industry.
Ashling O'Malley
Ashling joins our Aviation Aftermarket practice and will focus on supporting companies across aircraft parts, MRO, OEM, distribution, repair management, and broader aftermarket services. She brings over eight years of recruitment and HR experience, with a strong track record of recruiting internationally for senior, executive and hard-to-fill roles across a range of industries. Passionate about building long-term relationships, Ashling takes a consultative approach and is committed to connecting businesses with outstanding talent while delivering a high-quality recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. Her energy, professionalism, and collaborative approach make her a fantastic addition to the team.
