Peak Performance Recruitment (PPR) are delighted to announce the creation of a new division and service offering.
This expansion of our services will see PPR provide recruitment solutions throughout the entire aircraft lifecycle. This will include concept and build, finance and lease through to operation and maintenance, finishing in part out and disassembly of aircraft.
With the addition of two new staff members, Aaron Davidson and Nicole Reilly, PPR will further expand from its roots in aircraft leasing to provide recruitment services to the MRO and airline sectors. Keith Garry, Managing Director of PPR explained “This is a natural progression for our company as we are able to leverage our existing industry knowledge and contacts within the aircraft leasing and parts sectors. Many of you may be aware of the successful projects with aircraft parts and maintenance organisations delivered by existing team member Kevin O’Callaghan. Our aim is now to expand on the good work and relationships that Kevin has forged in this space with the creation of a team dedicated to the sector.”
Aaron Davidson will lead the new division as Director of PPR Aviation. His focus will be on supporting the maintenance and engineering requirements of the wider airline and aerospace industries.
Aaron brings with him more than 10 years of recruitment experience, much of which, has been as a specialist in the aviation industry. Most recently, he managed the permanent recruitment team in CAE Parc Aviation. Keith Garry added “Aaron has a successful track record along with a wealth of industry experience and contacts. He is the perfect person to drive this new area of focus for PPR.”
Nicole Reilly will support the new division as a recruitment resourcer. She will source and qualify candidates for open requirements. Nicole was previously employed by Red C Research where she developed outstanding customer service skills. Keith said, “in a short period of time, Nicole has proven to be a valuable addition to the business, providing crucial assistance to our candidates and team. This is an exciting development for us, as a company, and I have no doubt PPR will soon be a household name across the wider aviation sector and not just within aircraft leasing”.
