Recruitment Consultant
Peak Performance Recruitment is a leading recruitment provider in the Aviation and Aircraft Leasing Industry, based in Dundalk, Co. Louth. We are a young vibrant company, which core passion is to exceed people’s expectations. When you work for us, you will be recruiting for multi billion dollar investment companies the Aviation Industry and dealing with a dynamic global customer base.
Due to growth in the company, we are hiring exceptional sales people to join our team to be recruitment consultants. We are open to applications from people coming from a sales or business development background as well as all levels of recruitment consultants.
The key components of the role includes:
- Account Management & Business Development – Sourcing, managing and developing key accounts with our international base of clients. Attending key industry conferences and building strong networks within the industry to attract new clients.
- Executive Recruitment - Delivering all aspects of the recruitment process?which includes:?headhunting, searching, shortlisting, presenting to clients, delivering interviews, reference checking and negotiating offers.
- Marketing - Execution of annual marketing plan which involves attendance at networking events, delivery of mailshots and marketing campaigns, client retention strategies and being an ambassador for Peak Performance Recruitment.

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of delivering sales or recruitment solutions
- Proven business development record & overachievement of sales targets
- Experience managing key clients and accounts
- Strong IT and systems proficiency
