Peak Performance Recruitment specialises in recruiting for Aviation and Aircraft Leasing Industry, based in Dundalk, Co. Louth. Our customers are spread across the globe. The industry we serve is very dynamic and relationship driven.
We are seeking people who thrive on delivering to their customers and are used to working in a fast paced environment. Seeking new clients and juggling multiple recruitment projects is a day-to-day
aspect of the job.
You will:
- Identify and win new business opportunities through business development, lead generation and attending conferences and events.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates across the globe
- Present to HR and senior management in world class leading companies throughout the globe
- Understand job briefs, client requirements and find top talent to match
- Carry out pre-screen interviews asking strategic questions based on the client’s requirements and prep candidates for opportunities in a professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner.
- Has the ability to guide both clients and candidates through offer negotiations and successfully closing deals
- Keep on top with market and industry trends to gain competitive advantage

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of delivering sales or recruitment solutions
- Proven business development record & overachievement of sales targets
- Experience managing key clients and accounts
- Good IT and systems proficiency
