The AVP Legal will provide support to members of the legal and contracts teams and will be responsible for coordinating the closing of new aircraft and engine purchases, sales, financings and lease agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting and supporting transaction lawyers in project managing transactions through documentation phase to contract signature and closing
• Assisting with the negotiation of and drafting lease agreements, sale agreements, guarantees, and condition precedent documents.
• Actively participating in and managing transaction closings, including document execution process
• Ensuring all documentation is completed to meet deadlines and in accordance with company standards and compliance guidelines
• Creation of KYC and document signing packs and managing the KYC/AML processes
• Managing transactions from inception to completion, including tracking of conditions precedent, closing processes and post completion management.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and agreeing ancillary documentation, such as lease amendments, side letters, LOIs, term sheets, conditions precedent and corporate approvals.
• Co-ordinating and managing input from technical, credit, finance and commercial departments in transaction due diligence process.
• Liaising where necessary with airlines, banks, aircraft buyers and sellers, manufacturers and maintenance providers.
• Liaising with outside counsel in all relevant jurisdictions when required.
• Liaising with corporate service providers in various jurisdictions to establish and manage special purpose companies

Experience & Skills:

• Qualified solicitor with +2 years PQE in an aircraft leasing environment
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Knowledge of corporate structures and experience with corporate governance matters.
• Good time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.

• Minimum 6 years of applicable legal or transaction management experience in aircraft leasing or lending, and/or private credit background in aviation

Educational/ experience

Technical Analyst

This is an established aircraft lessor with strong track record in mid life aircraft and engine investments. As they progress their investment strategy they are now expanding their presence in Ireland and have a new head count for their technical team.

About the Role

The Technical Manager will support its expanding portfolio of managed aircraft. This Dublin-based role focuses on fleet administration, technical coordination, and cross?departmental support. It is a great opportunity for an entry level position into aircraft leasing from another aviation technical position.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate technical data for aircraft, engines, and components.
• Monitor fleet-wide technical issues (e.g., ADs, SBs, regulatory updates) and assess impact on asset values and maintenance claims.
• Support the management and review of maintenance reserve claims and other technical obligations under lease agreements.
• Prepare and update aircraft technical specifications.
• Contribute to continuous process and system improvements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of technical audits and inspections.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for transaction documentation, liaising with counsel and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee aircraft transactions including aircraft acquisitions and disposals, lease agreements and extensions and aircraft financings, ensuring documentation is prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
• Manage and track conditions precedent (CPs), collect and review transaction documents, and ensure accurate distribution to relevant legal counsel.
• Track conditions subsequent (CSs) to ensure transactions are completed post closing.
