Key responsibilities:

Commercial and portfolio strategy

• Define and execute the portfolio-wide commercial strategy aligned with the company business plan and network requirements

• Drive value creation across the full asset lifecycle, including acquisition, utilization, remarketing, and disposal

• Optimize portfolio scale, mix, and timing in line with market demand and risk parameters

Asset and investment management

• Lead asset acquisition, portfolio expansion and contraction, and exit decisions across all engine platforms

• Own remarketing and asset disposition strategies to maximize portfolio returns

• Manage an annual investment budget

• Control inventory levels, turnover, and capital deployment

• Ensure supply of used material and green-time engines to support maintenance requirements

Financial performance and growth

• Full P&L accountability for revenue, EBIT, and cash flow

• Deliver operating plan targets representing approximately 70% of company results

• Identify and execute growth initiatives, new markets, and new business segments

• Drive efficiency and scalability across purchasing, storage, and sales processes

Leadership and organization

• Lead and develop the Asset Management Solutions organization

• Directly manage four team leads covering CFM, P&W, GE, and Used Material Services

• Set organizational structure, talent development, succession planning, and performance standards

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and internal governance requirements

Stakeholder and network management

• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners

• Coordinate closely with sales, technical, and network companies to align supply, demand, and commercial priorities

Authority and decision rights

- Full managerial authority for the Asset Management Solutions organization

- Authority to make commercial, investment, and portfolio decisions within approved policies and budgetsJ

- Joint responsibility with HR for hiring, development, and workforce planning
